Our kitchen team wants you to not just be satisfied, but delighted. This is why we place great emphasis on seasonal and local produce. The Gmüetliberg stands for vegetarian meals, carnal classic, traditional dishes or sweet temptations: It has something for everyone. Come see for yourself.

Fall Specialties

Throughout the year you can enjoy our “Gmüetli hit”, a juicy pork cordon bleu, or our afternoon snack platter of fine Grisons specialties.


Seasonally, we also offer services such as our homemade creamy pumpkin soup topped with whipped cream, our “hunter style” venison, or the Venison schnitzel in a mushroom cream sauce, both served with egg noodles (Späzli), red cabbage with chestnuts and cranberries.

A particular specialty is our white wine risotto with porcini mushrooms from “Tschavraga”. Oscar Candrian personally gathers porcini mushrooms on the Maiensääss Alps at Laax-Flims and other forest fungi. Come be pampered.
