Fondue - All Year Round

On Uetliberg, you eat traditionally Swiss food: Cheese Fondue!

Our guests appreciate our house blend with a little extra. Whether in pairs or as a large group, you will be delighted with our fondue specialties.

In the spring during wild garlic season, we harvest every day: This spicy plant grows all around the Uetlieberg and provides the basis for our favorite: The wild garlic fondue.

Our Fondue House Blend

Homemade fondue is distinctive and unique.

Naturally, we have a secret recipe – and we aren’t going to reveal it of course. We like to say: Our house blend is cooked using a traditional recipe with cheese from the Zurich area, fresh and exclusively for the Gmüetliberg..

We serve our fondue with about 220 grams of cheese per person. More cheese means less corn flour and thus a fuller taste. To bind, we use a fine cherry – and it is not too thick.

The price includes jacket potatoes and bread – of course at your discretion.
